    A long road

    Thomas has been easy to get in touch with and responsive throughout the process.     Excellent support on a complex leasehold sale

    Thomas handled the sale of my leasehold flat in a high-rise building, which involved Building Safety Act requirements, a management pack, landlord and managing agent requirements, and a Licence to Assign. He was knowledgeable, pragmatic and clear on the issues that mattered, and dealt well with the various complications that came up during the transaction. Most importantly, he kept the legal side moving and got the sale successfully through to completion. I felt the transaction was in safe hands and would happily recommend Thomas.
