Sera was fantastic! She was incredibly transparent and always reachable throughout the transaction. My case was a bit complex due to multiple purchases, but Sera's expertise shone through. Even when she was away, she made sure to delegate tasks to her colleagues, ensuring no time was wasted. I've already asked her to handle my next two transactions. The fees were also great value for money.
