    Selling my mothers house following her death has demonstrated to me two totally opposing legal experiences with our house selling system. After my first sale fell through I was obviously anxious that the experience would not be repeated, and at all times Deema kept me well informed, and swiftly dealt with all requirements efficiently and professionally. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the buyers solicitors, who must have frustrated Deema as much as myself. As a 70 year old widow with little experience in these matters, it was a comfort to genuinely feel that she was totally there for me with her support and speedy responses to my enquiries. I will certainly call upon her services again should the need arise. Heartfelt thanks Deema.

    Purchase of 3 The Drive, Edgware

    This is being bought for our son who has learning difficulties. We have been looking for years and this is the only flat that meets our criteria. We were twice gazumped and ended up in a contract race. This was very stressful for us as we are elderly, I am 85.
