House Sale
Selling my mothers house following her death has demonstrated to me two totally opposing legal experiences with our house selling system. After my first sale fell through I was obviously anxious that the experience would not be repeated, and at all times Deema kept me well informed, and swiftly dealt with all requirements efficiently and professionally. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the buyers solicitors, who must have frustrated Deema as much as myself.
As a 70 year old widow with little experience in these matters, it was a comfort to genuinely feel that she was totally there for me with her support and speedy responses to my enquiries. I will certainly call upon her services again should the need arise. Heartfelt thanks Deema.

House Sale
Deema acted for my mother during the sale of her home following her move to a care home recently. Deema was very professional and sensitive to my mother’s sudden change in living circumstances.

Purchase of 3 The Drive, Edgware
This is being bought for our son who has learning difficulties. We have been looking for years and this is the only flat that meets our criteria. We were twice gazumped and ended up in a contract race. This was very stressful for us as we are elderly, I am 85.
That it all went so well is entirely due to Sam Nolan of IBB Law who was very competent and able and helpful throughout and we are very grateful to him.

House Sale
Deema acted for the sale of my mother's property in a very professional manner, always responding promptly to communications and providing a written update to confirm any points raised. The process was fraught with a lack of response from the purchaser's solicitor at times, but Deema kept me informed throughout, and all obstacles were eventually overcome. Thank you Deema.

Great service
We recently had Deema represent my husbands parents for the purchase of their property. Unfortunately for us the whole purchase was plagued with issues as the property was in placed in probate mid-way through the process - but even with this added complexity Deema was able to provide a smooth experience ensuring that we were kept up to date with everything going on and also going above and beyond to ensure that everything was kept moving right up and until completion. House Sale
Deema acted for my parents-in-law during a recent house sale. My husband and I were appointed contacts to deal with the everyday queries. The sale itself was plagued with various issues created by other parties in the chain. But throughout the process Deema maintained a high level of professionalism often going above and beyond to get the information we needed to ensure that we could proceed as smoothly as possible. Deema was also very detail orientated ensuring my parents-in-law were made aware of all aspects of all proceedings throughout. Well done Deema!
