The perfect experience
Our mortgage advisors put us in touch with Samantha Eaton from RFB Legal and we are grateful that they did. We could not have asked for a smoother process under tight deadlines with our sale and purchase, both of which, were very efficiently handled with Samantha.

Excellent service in relation to statutory lease extension
Ben, Luke & Samantha at RFB Legal have been very helpful in relation to my statutory lease extension - they have proven why you need an experienced solicitor in this area since the freeholder's lawyers tried to pick on loopholes but Ben & co have done a great job in making sure the law was followed correctly in submitting my notice to the freeholder. In the end the freeholder's lawyers did not have chance to comeback and haggle on the premium offered since they missed their deadline.

Absolutely THE BEST
My husband and I have struggled for a year to buy a house and have changed our property twice and none of them were easy work; rather than getting annoyed Samantha has always supported us and helped us as if our case was easy. Always quick to reply to emails, she gets the job done to perfection! How she’s had so much patience with us and helped us through it is impossible for me to understand! If it wasn’t for her and the mortgage advisor team we would have given up long ago. Whenever we will need a solicitor we won’t even bother to search if it’s better deal elsewhere. Samantha is the one and we feel fortunate to have found a good solicitor after so many friends complaining about their solicitors and past experiences of our own (this is not our first buy). Samantha is quick on getting her part done and there is no doubt that she is so knowledgeable! Having a good solicitor takes a lot of stress away! We can never thank Samantha enough! Thank you!

Extension of the lease
It’s my second time using Ronald Fletcher Baker, the first time when I purchased my flat and the second time when I started the procedure to extend the lease of my flat. I can only say the service was 5 stars! Great communication (over the phone and email), they explained all the procedure in a simple way so I could easily understand and they supported me throughout the process, even if it wasn’t the smoothest one , they have made it so clear for me. Ben and Samantha: it’s been a pleasure working with you.

Great service
I experienced efficient, professional and warm service from Samantha, Zorka and everyone I encountered at the company. Both Samantha and Zorka always came back to the answers to all of my questions both were kind and friendly with their approach.
