    Very happy with conveyencing via Samantha Eaton

    I had a complicated flat sale within a shared property building that required coordination with a management company and their solicitor and a lease extension. Samantha Eaton handled everything exceptionally well — she clearly summarised what needed to be done, communicated efficiently throughout, and kept the process moving. She was also very fair with her fees and transparent about the time spent on the case. I would have no hesitation in recommending her or RFP for conveyancing services.

    BTL Conveyancing - Great

    I had Samantha at RFB recommended as a panel solicitor from my mortgage firm - I did not have previous experience but was very impressed and grateful for her support and diligence. My purchase had some unique aspects to work through which she and the team did for me. I also needed an amendment to company articles and another team internally could assist swiftly which was appreciated. The final bill also came in as estimated and no hidden extras. Would definitely use again.
