I chose RFB for the simple reason they were on my lenders panel and close to my office. There is something incompatible between their email system and mine and I had to use my work email for all correspondence. 90% of the transaction was carried out using email with no drama although I did have to ask explicitly for service charge information. The only other minor point was they consistently spelt my name wrong, even on the TR1!

I highly recommend Harold Coombe and Lucy Bradley of Ronald Flecther Baker LLP. I purchased my first home about two and a half years ago, and they both were my conveyancing solicitors. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was losing hope when the seller did not respond to our queries just before exchanging contracts. Both Harold and Lucy gave me hope when I was about to pull out because we had not heard from the other side for about a month.
I am writing about them now because, after two and a half years, I needed to clarify some covenant restrictions, and I contacted Harold and Lucy. I was expecting them to ask me to pay some fee to answer my queries as I was not a customer now; my file was closed long ago.
I was really impressed that Harry (Harold Coombe) took too much of his time and explained things to me in detail without charging any fee, despite my offering to pay. Thank you so much. You both are assets to your company. Keep up the good work.

My wife and I engaged RFB as conveyancers for a London buy-to-let residential flat purchase. We were assisted by Ebru Serce who did a great job for us and ensured we completed the transaction quickly and smoothly. Ebru was responsive, direct and proactive. She communicated clearly and handled the transaction calmly and thoughtfully.
Given the strong service that we got from Ebru we also thought RFB were good value compared to other conveyancers with London offices. We would recommend and would use them again.
