Solicitor for my first property purchase
I used RFB Legal for first time for purchase of my First property and had a fantastic experience. I was recommended to Londjana Gashi through my Mortgage broker and from the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and professional.
Londjana provided exceptional advice and she had excellent communication with me during the process. Her expertise put me at ease as I was very stressed in reaching the completion before the Stamp Duty comes in on 1st of April.

Highly highly recommend Londjana!
All of our family has been using Ronald Fletcher Baker since we can remember, be it personal/business related transactions, starting with Shahd which without a doubt went above and beyond to help and carrying on with Londjana. Easy to reach and good communication, outstanding performance in terms of turn around time and just always amazes us with how much passion and dedication she puts in her work every day. First time home buyer via RTB
As a first-time buyer, I found the entire process quite stressful, especially when dealing with the Local Authority. I received my mortgage offer in September 2024, but as expected, the process was significantly delayed due to the slow pace of the LA. However, once my solicitor, Londjana, received all the necessary documents, she worked diligently and efficiently to meet the tight deadline before the mortgage offer expired. Despite the time constraints, she handled everything with professionalism and speed, ensuring that completion went smoothly on the agreed date. I am truly grateful for her hard work and dedication.
