This is the third property I acquire, and the first time I utilise RFB. Both Ezgi and Leigh have been outstanding throughout the whole purchase process. Communicative, approachable, pro active in in finding solutions, and always with a smile. Cannot recommend enough.

We would highly recommend Ronald Fletcher Baker solicitors, and specifically Ezgi Cetin Polat, to anyone needing a professional, committed, and knowledgeable conveyancing solicitor. We strongly valued her expertise, communication, patience and pursuit of our best interests. The sale of our leasehold flat and purchase of our next property turned out to be more complicated than anticipated. We faced some challenges with buyers and sellers, which Ezgi handled with great care and diligence, as well as understanding, and helped us to get everything across the line even after we had nearly given up. We had MANY questions throughout the process and Ezgi made sure we got all of the answers that we needed and always responded in a timely manner. Ezgi guided us through any hurdles that we experienced and her impeccable time-keeping and tenacity with chasing other parties proved to be decisive. We wouldn't have made it without her. She has a great knowledge of the entire process, fully understands and knows how to manage the challenges in leaseholds, and works hand-in-glove with all parties involved. We're so glad we had her with us throughout the process!
