Leigh is an absolute star
We had a very complicated sale and onward purchase. Leigh was amazing from start to finish - extremely responsive, patient, and overall a pleasure to have representing us. I can’t speak highly enough of her, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her

Highly recommend

First time buyers
Leigh was extremely professional and provided great support and guidance when helping us with navigating purchasing our first property.
Leigh was thorough in her work and her communication was great, she was always quick to respond and also updated us regularly. Leigh also explained things in a way that a 'non legal' brain would understand which was really helpful.
Overall Leigh really took the stress out of the whole process and we are very grateful for all her effort throughout the process that was drawn out a little longer than anticipated.

Incredible Solicitors, I'd never use anyone else!
We've had the most amazing experience using Ronald Fletcher Baker Legal. Great experience with Leigh from RFB as my conveyancer
I would highly recommend Leigh Robins from Ronald Fletcher Baker for any conveyancing!
In a house purchase with quite a few complications, she was instrumental in ensuring that it was completed before my mortgage offer ran out.
Leigh was very professional and prompt with her communication, and provided good advice throughout the process.
All in all, I felt I was treated (and charged) very fairly.

Great team work
Leigh Robins and Chris O'Callaghan have recently helped me complete my property sale on schedule, a demanding completion timetable notwithstanding. In my career, I have been instructing law firms across different practice areas for the last 14 years.
Leigh and Chris were a real pleasure to work with and showed impressive teamwork. While Chris performed a mostly supervisory role and only stepped in at key junctures in the transaction, Leigh took on a hands-on approach and drove the matter forward. The delegation allowed to keep the costs down while giving great exposure to Leigh.
They both have a client-friendly communication style, practical matter management approach and are able to listen to their clients and proactively respond to transaction demands.
I would use both of them again.
