I came to Siray at RFB as I was selling one property and buying another and was disatisfied with the solicitor tasked with my sale (Fishman Brand Stone, avoid them like the plague), so asked RFB to handle my purchase. Siray was the antithesis to my experience with Fishman Brand Stone. Where they were inaccurate, slow to respond and incredibly rude (shouting at me on the phone) Siray was 100% on it all the time, accurate, compassionate, efficient, human and excellent. So much so that the estate agents commented on it too and would describe her as 'the lovely Siray'. Thank goodness for Siray and RFB they kept my sanity and helped me complete within 3 months. Highly recommend - and glad I had the live experience of using both solicitors because now I know how a good one operates.
