I have been using solicitors for over 2 decades, and I can confidently say Summer Chan far exceeds all my previous solicitors. She has been absolutely amazing to work with, very clear and most helpful. She was able to creatively overcome some challenging enquiries. As a property developer building out a portfolio Summer is exactly what I need to grow my business. I have a few more acquisitions and sales of property later this year and would love if she is able to represent me going forward. A true asset to RFB. Don't let her go anywhere. Excellent efficient service
This is the third time we’ve used RFB and Summer has been refreshing to deal with. Her communication/ advice and speed of work has been refreshing to see. In an industry which solicitors can often be the reason why transactions take so long Summer has amazed me with the efficiency of her work and the speed in which she has been able to get transactions turned around compared to my experiences with previous companies I’ve used.
