Our originally solicitors moved their Central London offices and we went to RFB to update our wills, therefore we were able to compare the level of expertise, the quality of work and professionalism. Katharine covered areas of the wills in more depths and clarity than our previous solicitors, her knowledge was impressive. High quality of work in every stage of the process, and best of all, Katharine is friendly and professional, even when we made quite a few changes to the drafts. Katharine helped with the preparation of a Deed of Trust and a matter concerning the Land Registry. Right from the start, she has been incredibly communicative, keeping me updated on exactly what she was doing, the stages she was at in the finalising of the document and offering advice and guidance throughout. She was always calm, collected and gave me the real impression that she knew exactly what she was doing which was very reassuring. Very pleased indeed and easily worth 5 star rating.
