    Ground Rent Arrears

    My lease was extended some time ago, and recently I became concerned about Ground Rent falling into arrears. I read a little on various websites and saw this could have serious consequences. I decided to contact Bishop & Sewell ( who managed the Lease Extension some years ago ) for their professional assistance. During my phone call, Maria understood my concerns and quickly accessed all the relevant documents. She explained, very clearly, that no Ground Rent was due, and gave the reasons why. I was amazed that my problem could be resolved in just one phone call. The follow-up email from Mr Chick concluded the matter. Professional, friendly and smooth.
