Safiyah is a fantastic solicitor and it was an absolute pleasure working with her on my first property transaction. She keeps in regular contact with her clients and is always on hand to answer any queries whether by phone or email. Her diligence and professionalism made the entire process such a breeze (at least on my part; can't say it was the same for her, given that the seller and his solicitors were trying to be difficult...!). I appreciate all her help and absolutely would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a conveyancing solicitor.

Very pleased with service
It was a pleasure working with Safiyah - her support, patience and conscientiousness during the sale process were very much appreciated. I say patience, because I had an offer on a previous house, which I withdrew from, before the one i have now purchased. Safiyah dealt with the case with great care and attention to detail, making sure I had all the information I needed and passed compliance, before I proceeded. She is very professional in her approach, and always had time for my queries, and also did her best to not put me in a difficult position when the sellers made unreasonable requests. In all, to reiterate, it was a pleasure working with her.

I must say that Safiyah Rahim provided an excellent service throughout the purchase process.

Friendly, responsive and helpful
Safiyah was very friendly, clear in her communications, and responsive. She addressed all of our questions as we purchased a house, and with support from her supervisor, advocated for us with the sellers' solicitors in order to ensure that the plans were clear in terms of shared responsibilities for a segment of shared passage with rights of way with the neighbours. There were times when we didn't hear anything for weeks, but any time we checked in, she replied quickly, and it was very clear from email communications that delays were from the sellers' solicitors' side. As we kept in regular touch, she would make efforts to keep things moving. She was also very understanding and helpful when we had some issues. The charges were clear from the start and in line with our expectations. Overall, we were very happy with her service.
