Safiyah is a fantastic solicitor and it was an absolute pleasure working with her on my first property transaction. It was a pleasure working with Safiyah - her support, patience and conscientiousness during the sale process were very much appreciated. I say patience, because I had an offer on a previous house, which I withdrew from, before the one i have now purchased. Safiyah dealt with the case with great care and attention to detail, making sure I had all the information I needed and passed compliance, before I proceeded. She is very professional in her approach, and always had time for my queries, and also did her best to not put me in a difficult position when the sellers made unreasonable requests. In all, to reiterate, it was a pleasure working with her.
