I had the best possible experience with my property purchase as a first time buyer and I'm super grateful for it. Yasmin Haughey was my Conveyancing Executive and always kept me up to date without me ever having to chase.
She was thorough, detailed, explained everything to me along the way and made sure I was always a priority. Before buying, I'd heard so many negative stories about solicitors and how they're always so slow. Although there were some delays to my process overall, it was always due to outside factors and I could really relax knowing that if there were any updates, I'd hear about them way before I ever thought to chase.
Definitely would recommend!

Claire and the team at Paul Robinson have been amazing from start to finish. Claire is friendly, professional and thorough. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and we were kept updated constantly throughout the process.
We were eager to move fast, and the turnaround was so quick!

I have used Paul Robinson's solicitors many times over the years after being introduced to Paul himself by a friend. Sophie was recommended to deal with my late uncle's property by her colleague who had dealt with his probate.
From the outset, Sophie and her colleague Samantha Howard outlined the process clearly and answered my questions, putting me at ease that I would be in very safe hands.
Throughout the process Sophie has been extremely efficient and professional, keeping me updated every step of the way as a Probate sale was a new territory for me. She has been very patient and calm answering numerous questions and explaining the many intricacies that have popped up along the way.
Both Sophie and Samantha were exceptionally professional yet assertive when any issues arose (and there have been many due to third party failures), finding solutions to move things forward. I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism and knowledge but also by the approachability and friendliness of the team.
I couldn't be more grateful for the team's help and guidance throughout and getting this problematic sale over the finish line and it just would not have happened without Sophie's expertise.
I frequently recommend Paul Robinson Solicitors LLP and I would have no hesitation recommending Sophie.

My partner and I were recommended Paul Robinson Solicitors by my cousin who completed a purchase with them as well.
Having completed on a property purchase today, we are very pleased with the service we received. As well as the fees, which were very reasonable.
Throughout the whole process they were very professional, helpful and always communicated in a timely manner.
Our purchase was not under conventional circumstances, and encountered a slew of issues (from other parties). In spite of this, the team at PRS handled everything excellently.
We highly recommend PRS, and specifically Sophie Griffiths, Casey, Leah, and the wider team at the Benfleet office.
