Elizabeth dealt with the probate on my late Brothers estate. I could not have asked for a better person to have dealt with this matter. After his will was contested I can’t begin to tell you how stressful the matter became. Elizabeth felt like a rock by my side.She was very professional,caring,understanding and always available whenever I needed something sorted.The speed of her actions and the constant updates helped me through this very difficult time.

Fantastic and very fast turnaround

I had a great experience working with Chloe, Carey, and their team. They were incredibly helpful, supportive, and patient—especially when I didn’t understand some of the legal terminology. They were also prompt and efficient in handling my home purchase, and I’m genuinely amazed at how quickly everything progressed from start to completion. 5 Star service when moving home.

Myself and I recently moved home, we used Chloe and her team for both our sale and the purchase of our new home.

As everyone knows this is a very stressful time, which was made a whole lot easier by the way Chloe handled things from start to finish.

Her communication was great, kept up to date of how things were progressing and all our emails were answered promptly, professionally and in a way we could understand the legal side of it.

Absolutely superb service!

Once again, Paul Robinson Solicitors have provided me with a truly stunning service. I have used them for all my property sales and purchases for over 30 years and highly recommend them.
On this occasion, Chloe was super with Ashley offering a stunning supporting role. (Hope I’ve got that right). Bottom line is, again another super level of clear communication and service with all areas of property selling.

Positive Feedback for Chloe Norris-Dean

Chloe was highly recommended to us by a neighbour who worked with her last year, and she has been fantastic from the very beginning. Having gone through the process of moving twice before, we can confidently say that the service Chloe provided was by far the best we have experienced. In an industry where feedback can often be negative, Chloe is a true credit to your firm.

Her service was faultless, and she was a genuine pleasure to work with. Absolutely Outstanding

Where do I start? From beginning to end, Chloe was amazing. I had negative experiences with solicitors in the past, so when it came to purchasing my first property I was nervous. But Chloe was incredible, and very understanding of my circumstances. She supported in any way she could, and her communication with us was spot on. Her level of diligence was outstanding, and she reassured us through every step of the process. We couldn't have asked for anyone more compassionate and hard-working as our solicitor!

Chloe you are incredible!

I must start by saying, I got so lucky with having Chloe as my solicitor. As a first time buyer I was absolutely clueless with this whole process but Chloe made everything so smooth sailing for me and for that, I will always be grateful for her. The communication has just been outstanding and nothing was too much for her. Every time I would email she would respond the same day, there were so many things I didn’t understand and Chloe was more than happy to go over these things many times until it made sense. She is so thorough with her work and never made me feel like a nuisance. I would also like to thank Faye, as she worked on my case too and was very responsive on the phone and helped with any questions I had. Overall I would highly recommend Paul Robinsons, I will be using them for my next sale for sure and if you are lucky enough to get Chloe.. well I can assure you that you will be in very safe hands! After being dropped by a previous solicitor for a reason that turned out to be utterly ridiculous, Chloe Norris-Dean came in and saved my purchase.

I explained the situation, within 24 hours she said she can act on my behalf, sorted everything out, actually felt like she was working to get the best for me, not just to get the job done.

Would happily recommend to anyone looking for their house purchase.

I only have fantastic things to say about the service we received from Paul Robinson Solicitors whilst buying our first flat. We dealt with Sophie Griffiths and throughout the whole process, she has been super helpful and understanding, replying to all of our queries promptly and explaining everything clearly for us to understand. I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor - right when I needed one the most! I had a particularly tricky house sale and Charlotte was fantastic through it all. She went above and beyond to pick through the issues and solve them.

Not only was the service top-quality, but the support too. In a stressful situation with an estate agent who was worse than useless, Charlotte went into bat for me and saved the day!
