    Highly Recommended - Knowledgable, Professional and Proficient

    I cannot thank or recommend Debbie and her team enough. A protracted and complex leasehold sale was compounded by a series of unfortunate events, but Debbie handled everything with professionalism and composure. She chased when necessary, remained calm in the face of frustrating bureaucracy, communicated at all the right times, and kept the sale on track when it could easily have derailed in less capable hands.

    We used Paul Robinson Solicitors for both our sale and purchase, and it was a complicated chain with plenty of opportunities for delays. Throughout the whole process, Debbie Valentine-Knight and Zoe Herrtage were excellent — professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They were thorough with the detail, clear with their advice, and very proactive in chasing and pushing things forward when needed. Communication was strong and we always felt confident that they were on top of everything. When things became stressful, they remained calm and focused, which really helped. In all honesty, I don’t believe we would have completed without their support and determination to get the chain over the line. Outstanding service and we wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommended.

    I was highly recommended DVK at Paul Robinson. Couldn't fault her & her teams aid during the conveyancing period. There (as you can imagine) were difficulties and stress caused by deadlines, lack of basic English, made worse by the unprofessional actions of other estate agents & solicitors in the chain....causing me to go homeless to make it actually work HOWEVER Debbie was A-MA-ZING...I am so glad to have found these guys!
