I recently sold my house and the solicitor I engaged let me down in the first week! He did not return my calls or emails and I have never heard from him since! I asked my selling agent, Sally from Stuart Thomas, for a recommendation which is how I came across Tracey Hughes at Paul Robinson Solicitors. Tracey is simply superb, should you need someone to get the job done with absolutely no time wasting or long periods of uncertainty then Tracey is your go to! Right from the start of our dealings I noticed my emails were responded to, at most within a few hours, and quite often within minutes. I accordingly responded to Tracey's questions/enquiries in quick time so as at all times the process was as far advanced as possible. At all times I was absolutely 100% confident that the sale would not fall through or drag on due to yet another inept solicitor, many of which I have come across during my 45 years of buying and selling property. I was happy that I should simply wait to hear from Tracey as and when it was necessary, and I always did, without fail. We all know how stressful this house selling/buying process is, to add in to the mix a solicitor that does not respond, gets it wrong, prevaricates and over charges is something none of us need. Be assured that you will not be treated like this with Tracey on your team, she will get the job done in a no fuss, efficient, friendly and professional manner. In addition, on the odd occasion I had a question Tracey would respond in her usual lightening fast way with a clear and concise explanation that made complete sense. Based on my experience I can only highly recommend Tracey Hughes, she is amazing, a breath of fresh air and an example of how it should be done.
