As an international buyer, there were many details that required clarification, and Chloe was always very clear in her explanations and quick to respond to my questions. I particularly appreciated her professionalism when communicating with the developer and organising the legal documentation, which made what could have been a stressful process much more manageable. I would especially recommend Chloe to international buyers, including Chinese buyers. She is very professional and experienced in handling documentation related to overseas clients, and she dealt with Chinese documents carefully and efficiently during the process.
