A seamless experience from start to finish
I was referred to Paul Robinson by a mortgage broker I was working with at the time, and my first point of contact was Andrew McClintock. From the very first conversation, Andrew was impressive. He spoke with real clarity and knowledge, made everything easy to understand, and gave me a lot of confidence in the firm. He referred me to Megan Brown at the Stratford office, and she carried that same standard throughout. I worked with Megan and Cara-Leigh across two property transactions. The first ultimately didn't proceed, as we made the difficult decision to withdraw after it became clear that resolving a key issue with the freeholder would take far longer than was workable for us. But Megan's advice throughout was excellent, and she was working against some very difficult solicitors on the sellers' side, which she handled with real composure. Even though that purchase didn't complete, I trusted her enough to bring her back for my second. That second transaction had its own complications: a Right to Buy covenant requiring council sign-off before we could proceed. Megan's searches were thorough, her title report was clear, and she kept things moving without unnecessary delay. Megan's perseverance meant that my whole experience was headache-free. Megan was always prompt, picked up my calls whenever I needed with a friendly voice, and took the time to explain things properly. I had various questions at different times and Megan was always helpful to help me understand where I was lacking understanding and never lost her patience. Cara-Leigh was equally organised and responsive on the admin side, and always on top of the paperwork. And a special mention to Grace on reception, who I met on both visits to drop off documents. She welcoming, with some warm chat, and made me feel genuinely valued as a client. A great team from start to finish. I intend to continue to use Paul Robinson's services again in the future.
