We work with Ronald Fletcher Baker across both the commercial property and litigation departments. On the property side, we’ve used them for our own transactions as well as recommended them to clients, and they’ve always been solid, reliable, and second to none when it comes to auction deals. Auctions can be fast-moving and full of risk, but their team gives us the confidence we need. On the litigation side, unfortunately we do need to use them fairly often but fortunately, they’ve been outstanding. David Burns and his team have been invaluable in preventing disputes before they escalate, saving us significant money and time.
