This could have escalated into very expensive litigation procedures I contacted David Burns and he was able to advise a way forward where I was able to settle out of court and avoid unneccessary costs . This was dealt with at very short notice and I was abroad at the time which made communication difficult , but they were still able to work around my schedule and resolve things
