The conveyancer (Lucy) was professional, communicative and responsive to questions. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She always answered emails and telephone calls promptly. There was a small issue towards the end of the process. This was a failure to recognise funds had not been transferred as expected, but was resolved quickly.

Professional, efficient and complete problem solving

Excellent service - would recommend
I had some concerns about using RFB initially as previously have preferred the use of local solicitors for ease of contact. I need not had worried though, the solictor allocated to my sale and purchase [Lucy Bradley], was brilliant, professional and proactive. Neither transaction was straight forward but Lucy worked her way through and resolved each of the issues and kept me well updated throughout.

Highly recommended
Lucy and team couldn't have done any more to make the purchase of one property and nightmare sale of another go smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend them to anyone needing conveyancing done.

A pleasent first time buy experience!
Lucy Bradley in the Exeter office handled all matters exceptionally well. It was a relatively bumpy road just after 4/ 5 months in, however Lucy handled everything and nothing came out of balance!
Once the external factors were out of the way (Molo!!) Lucy got this over the line in good time.
Really happy - everythings now complete, as the customer I fealt Lucy did everything she could to get this over the line as quicly as possible.
Above all she's a very pleasent person to deal with & I would work with her again.

Amazing service and highly recommended
I had never sold a property before and I was guided throughout the whole process by Harry and in the very final stage by Lucy. They were both always on the end of the email/phone to answer queries. They remained very professional throughout the whole process and I felt fully informed at all times. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
