Faiza Raqeeb is a newly qualified Solicitor working at the firm’s Baker Street office. She is part of the Litigation Team, recognised by the Legal 500 as being a “technically minded, very responsive and strategic team”. Faiza joined the firm in 2019 working as a paralegal and studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law before commencing her training contract in 2021. Faiza has gained extensive experience in a wide range of commercial and property litigation matters. Faiza works on a wide range of commercial matters, these include a variety of disputes including high-value commercial contract disputes, debt recovery, business and partnership disputes, and injunctions. Faiza also works on matters concerning breach of director’s duties, petitions for unfair prejudice, and equitable winding up. Faiza's specialisms in property litigation include dealing with various landlord and tenant matters including highly contested lease renewal proceedings under the 1954 Act and construction matters.
