    NDA Claim - Response

    We contacted Stephen at Forbes Solicitors for support with a letter received from a previous associate claiming that we had broken an Non Disclosure agreement which was a clearly false claim. Stephen provided us with high level professional advise on a number of options available to us in response. Stephen was available for discussion around the merits of each option and along with his colleagues provided excellent client care to agree suitable action. Stephen then provided a full response to this claim which robustly represented us in clear correspondence with our opponents. I would not hesitate in using Stephen and Forbes Solicitors again or recommending them to others to confidently provide advice and support at the required level.

    Forbes Commercial Litigation - Highly recommend (if needed 😊)

    Very grateful to Stephen and the Forbes team for the legal support provided. From the outset Stephen provided straight forward advice, breaking down legal language in an easy way to understand. Stephen’s knowledge is excellent and I felt reassured throughout the case that we would get the right outcome.     Review of Stephen McArdle for ligation services provided

    We needed support disputing a significant invoice from an organisation much larger than ourselves. Although feeling like we were always on the correct moral side of the dispute we feared we would be 'run over' by the other side. Stephen achieved a swift and fair conclusion to the matter at a reasonable fee. Would always recommend without any doubt.

    Tough job

    I didn't have a strong case and Steve explained this from the outset. He came up with options and we progressed the best of those. We communicated regularly throughout and I felt he dealt with the "other side" with professionalism, controlled aggression, and maintained control of the situation.
