Property Sale
James and his team handled the sale of my late Mother's retirement property. It was a long and protracted affair due largely to the unhelpful nature of the lease owner's management firm's.
Throughout the whole process R & M stuck to the task and managed to get the sale completed. Everyone I dealt with were very helpful and kept me informed along the way.
Upon completion they kindly discounted their fees which had become greater than expected due to the complexity caused by the lease holder's.
I am very grateful for their help and would not hesitate to use them again.
