They worked efficiently and effectively to complete our sale and purchase, the entire thing done and dusted within four months. A nice quick process. And it wasn’t without its issues, Mel flagged up some interesting legal points, and bottomed them out to our satisfaction. Thank you Mel. We were kept well informed of things as they went along, document by document. The last time we bought a house was over 40 years ago, and it’s a lot more involved now. More rules and regulations, and of course it’s mostly done online. All of this was carefully explained to us, and we were guided through, step by step. As a first-time buyer, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Naturally, I was nervous at the beginning, but Melanie’s team made the entire process feel manageable, positive, and well organised, while keeping me informed every step of the way. The property itself was a probate property, and the sellers’ solicitors were often difficult to deal with, which created a number of challenges throughout the transaction.
