She has over ten years experience practising in this field having qualified in 2006.     LPA advice and registration

    Kate Pelzer gave sound advice when i first talked to her about LPA. She explained the process and then prepared the documentation, issued it to Executors and registered the final paperwork with the Office of the Public Guardian.
