Working with Daniel on the inheritance tax question and getting probate felt like having someone completely on my side who understood my position, and was drawing on his experience to provide me with the advice I really needed in a timely and sympathetic fashion. I didn't know what to expect and Daniel exceeded any expectations I might have had by gently building a professional yet friendly relationship in which I felt supported and could be honest and open. I felt confident we had a strong inheritance tax application which made sense and was fully evidenced. Not only did the inheritance tax decision come through in good time, the grating of probate was surprisingly prompt. I think this was due to the quality of the applications which allowed me to progress the management of my late father's estate without hinderance. I would definitely recommend using Daniel's services and I am planning to engage these regarding my own Will once I have concluded my late father's estate.

I cannot praise Daniel enough for the fantastic service he has provided in preparing and securing probate for my elderly mother’s estate. His kindness, professionalism and clarity throughout this process was exemplary. He gave a clear , concise explanation of the process from the beginning, I was always clear on how things were progressing, what I needed to do and received extremely prompt replies to any queries.His manner was both professional and caring and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the same circumstances. Ultimately probate was granted within 1 week of the form being submitted- a miracle!!
