Brilliant company

Efficient and responsive
I instructed Kirstie in the conveyancing process of selling up and buying a new home. It had been decades since I last went through this process, and Kirstie's handling of my case took all of the angst out of a potentially very stressful time. Many were the times that I needed quick answers to my questions and various issues that arose, and Kirstie never let me down. Her response time to emails is fast, mostly immediate. She answered my many questions patiently, and in lay terms, making all of the jargon accessible. When it came to the crucial final stages, she pulled out all the stops to get the funding transferred to make for a smooth completion. There was great flexibility in getting round the processing of documents if there were obstacles of time or distance, or technological hurdles my end. I felt that I could trust Kirstie to keep on top of everything without my needing to chase up and check up. Her admin team were just as helpful and professional. A very grateful and satisfied customer.
