I have had the difficult pleasure of using Dadds in two separate occasions. Both occasions I started the process anxious, worried, and overwhelmed. The professionalism, compassion and support throughout my own personal dispute with my ex partner was invaluable. My solicitor, Ms Marshall, was never too busy to speak to me, even if I only needed reassuring. I felt that I and my case mattered and was important. The receptionists always spoke to.me using my name, making me feel that I was more than a customer/client. I do not think that I could have asked for more in a solicitor, and cannot offer more praise and gratitude for how my case was handled and resolved.
