Supportive solicitor in a protracted sale.
The sale was drawn out due to errors on the buyer’s side and Emerson’s were quick to react with communications with the buyers solicitor.
I think that some of the initial process could have been made easier if I had been asked for all possible documentation at the beginning of the process instead of having to make several trips to the office to deal with this . That said, all the staff I encountered were very helpful.
I would be happy to recommend this firm and hopefully will use them again in the future.

Overall good.
Was recommended Emmersons by a colleague who had a good experience. Overall found good value for money, quick to appoint at beginning of conveyancing, and ease of returning documents. Communication could have been slightly improved by having more updates, not waiting so long for replies to emails and although a direct line is given for your named solicitor there is never any answer. I only managed to speak to my solicitor on the phone at the day of completion.
Overall pleased and think the service was good.
