We dealt with Bronwen and Sandy who were both excellent and very helpful throughout the whole process. Bronwen was our solicitor and as we were first time buyers we didn’t know anything about buying a house. Bronwen was always extremely helpful and supportive especially when we had a couple of issues with the property and the seller. Bronwen gave us a number that we could contact her on so that we could contact her for help and information which was really helpful and much appreciated. Bronwen worked very quick and promptly. Highly recommended PSR solicitors.

"Fantastic" service from Bronwen Lloyd-Roberts at PSR Solicitors. I needed my ex-partner's name off the joint ownership and mortgage of my home which she dealt with , she also dealt with my re-mortgage and transfer deeds etc etc. Bronwen did everything required and I am extremely grateful for everything she has done. We used the PSR online solicitors service to sell a property that we had been renting to tenants, it was the first time we had used an online solicitor. It was very straightforward, especially as it didn't require a visit to their offices. It was easy to get hold of someone on the phone and we were sent frequent updates on the status of the transaction. In the final stages, we discovered that the vendor's mortgage offer expired in two weeks time, everything ramped up at least one gear but PSR were able to exchange contracts within a few days and complete by the required date. It was made easier by the fact that it was a straightforward sale without any chains involved and the vendor's solicitor was also able to match the speed of transactions required.
