We dealt with Bronwen and Sandy who were both excellent and very helpful throughout the whole process. Bronwen was our solicitor and as we were first time buyers we didn’t know anything about buying a house. Bronwen was always extremely helpful and supportive especially when we had a couple of issues with the property and the seller. Bronwen gave us a number that we could contact her on so that we could contact her for help and information which was really helpful and much appreciated. Bronwen worked very quick and promptly. "Fantastic" service from Bronwen Lloyd-Roberts at PSR Solicitors. I needed my ex-partner's name off the joint ownership and mortgage of my home which she dealt with , she also dealt with my re-mortgage and transfer deeds etc etc. Bronwen did everything required and I am extremely grateful for everything she has done. Everything was done so professionally and I was informed at all times of the progress. Bronwen was our solicitor and she was excellent! Helped us out a lot with the house move especially as first time buyers. I had a really positive experience with PSR Solicitors while purchasing my first home.
