We have been dealing with an issue for a while now and due to our lawyer moving on to another firm we were handed over to Matthew Cotton. At our request Matthew came to visit us as we hadn't met in person. This was far the best decision as he really needed to see the layout of things to get a better physical picture of the case. Much is always missed and miss understood in written descriptions which was evident in our case. As soon as Matthew had had a walk round you could see things became much clearer in his mind as to the correct way to move forward and he quickly set to work with us defining a clear path forward. His approach was quite refreshing and he left us feeling very relieved that he is representing us. There is still some way to go but I am confident that he will steer this to an amicable conclusion so all parties involved can put it behind them.
