Diligent and clear

Redundancy Package Review
I would highly recommend Matthew Cotton who undertook a comprehensive review of my redundancy package in a very limited timeframe.
Matthew really took the time to understand my situation, explain the multiple clauses included within the redundancy package and made recommendations on additional questions l should ask.

Boundary Dispute
I recently exchanged on our new house, but days before completion I noticed a problem with one of the property's boundaries not being in the right place. My conveyancing solicitor recommended the services of Matthew Cotton, who works as a dispute resolution expert for Hedges. Matthew's timely help and sage advice was pivotal. We were able to complete the purchase successfully, whilst at the same time ensuring we were protected both legally and financially for the the future. Money well spent.

Conflict with tenants
I needed a solicitor to guide me through the process of gaining repossession of my property. Matthew is such a godsend. He talks me through everything clearly and thoroughly and I know I'm in expert hands. Without his expertise this whole process would be a nightmare. I'm so glad I chose Hedges Law!

Yesterday we had a great result in court, today I am very relieved and very grateful to Matthew Cotton!
With a small construction company, and no legal experience it was very worrying to have a claim made against us.
I rang several local legal companies and Matthew was who I chose to help us – and how pleased I am to have found him.
He made important decisions correctly, and throughout explained his reasoning clearly and concisely. The preparation work for his chosen barrister was meticulous and based on great legal knowledge.
His barrister was very professional and equally meticulous when addressing the judge. Together they made the ‘opposition’ look very average!

Dispute with Insurer
Matthew and Hedges Law were superb. Matthew responded promptly and kept me up to date regularly. He was friendly and approachable and explained everything very clearly. I strongly recommend him. We had a dispute over liability with the insurer. He sorted it out very quickly.
