Stephen O'Hare

Solicitor - Associate Solicitor

Stephen is an Associate Solicitor based in our Perth and Crieff offices. He works within the firm’s Private Client department and advises clients on all aspects of succession planning and planning for the future including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries and Trusts. Stephen also assists clients with matters in connection with inheritance tax and planning for the costs of care and residential homes. Stephen graduated from Queen’s University of Belfast in 2001 with an Honours degree in Computer Science before going on to study law at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen (obtaining a LLB degree) and the University of Dundee (obtaining a Diploma in Legal Practice). Stephen joined Miller Hendry in 2022 and is also a Notary Public and an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
