Failure to provide a sample
I was stopped for drink driving and provided a road side specimen for the police. The reading recorded at the roadside showed I was more than two times over the limit. I was then taken to the police station where I was charged with failing to provide a sample.
Contacting JHR Solicitors was the best decision I could of made, John gave me clear advice of the service he could provide and the possible outcome for my case. John was professional and provided a first class service, which was easy to understand with his great legal knowledge.
Thanks to John's hard work and proactiveness I was found not guilty and my case was acquitted.

The best solicitor you will find!
John is full of knowledge but will also go out of his way to extensively research any new issues that arise. He is approachable, supportive and hardworking. At no point do you ever feel like your questions are an inconvenience and John goes out of his way to fully explain everything as soon as it’s happening which makes you feel secure in what could be a very scary situation. Excellent experience and service
John was always a pleasure to deal with and very helpful when it came to knowing what to do, when to do it and when to ask.
