From the first phone call with John (after calling several other specialist solicitors) I immediately felt at ease. He came across as honest, informative and caring. He wasn’t the cheapest out there but unlike the other solicitors i felt listened to and treated like a human being rather than just another case. John explained how he only deals with the very best specialists in the business and howpp true that turned out to be. I felt like I was in the best hands which allowed me to move on with life while John dealt with everything always keeping me informed of any updates and always being proactive about his business. It turned out to be a difficult case in that the blood procedure analysis turned out to be very comprehensive and thorough so John was very honest with me and said that this is a case we may not win but he had identified other shortcomings in the prosecutions case and with some very impressive and persuasive arguments put forward by John Dye who represented me at court he achieved the best possible result . All in all an extremely stressful situation was without doubt handled and dealt with by total and utter professionals at the top of their game.

Couldn’t recommend John from Jhr solicitors enough . My partner attended court today looking at a lengthy driving ban due to previous driving offences , He was represented by Richard Saynor . My partner has walked away today with just points on his license and a fine instead of years without a license this was because the lack of evidence by the police when looked into properly there was mistakes ,They were able to throw this out of the court and wouldn’t of been possible without John and his team .Exceptional results and worth every single penny . I was facing a case of Driving without due care, and a possible totting up ban, the first thing i did was search for specialist driving solicitors in my area and Johns name came up with great reviews. And i can see why!. From the initial phone call i knew john was the right man to take on my case, he was very reassuring and honest and talked through all the possible outcomes. July 2022 I received a summons from the police alleging I had driven through a red light - 1.5 seconds into the Red I knew I hadn’t committed the offence so I decided to fight the claim rather than take the 3 points and see my insurance costs go up in the future - and lose my clean driving license After much research I found John. John dealt with my case very professionally, conducted his own research and it transpired the AI linked to the camera had 2nd guessed one of the number plate letters and it wasn’t even my car - shocking this is happening in the U.K. The police sent me a letter last week advising their had been a ‘clerical mistake ‘ and the case was dropped, this is all down to Johns diligent work I don’t normally do reviews but felt compelled to let people know just how good John actually is, he handled everything and we won.

M. Mawdesley Preston Magistrates Court Drink Driving Offence I rang John after searching on google as I didn’t have a clue. I was a distraught mother who thought her son would go to prison. This was his first offence and we’d never been in this situation before. I rang John and he didn’t judge me. He spoke to my son and was fully supportive and reassuring. He always made time to discuss my son’s circumstance. As my son is self employed, loosing his licence for a lengthy time could have made the business collapse. We got the best outcome possible due to having John’s guidance. He ran the case from start to finish and even travelled to Preston. He gave my son and myself advice on what to expect in court. After, John still gave advice on how to apply to get his license back on time. I would definitely recommend John as a solicitor. He deserves five stars and more if it was possible. If I needed a solicitor in the future, John would be the one.
