Highly recommend Home Property Law
As first time buyers we had no experience of the house buying process and had heard many horror stories but we didn't need to worry as Cordelia and her team were fantastic. The whole team were friendly, professional and detail orientated and we fully trusted them throughout the whole process. We managed to go from offer to completion within 3 months and felt that we got great value for money. Couldn't recommend them more - thank you Cordelia, Tom and Ines

Fantastic experience dealing with Home Property Law!
I am an impatient and hands-on person. I was looking for a solicitor who could move on the purchase of my home swiftly and efficiently. I got just that with Home Property Law. I am so relieved that I chose them to do the conveyancing on my purchase. It took 2 1/2 months from asking for a quote to moving into my now-home. Emma was incredibly helpful and patient with my many emails and phone calls, and I believe that without her (and Cordelia and Charles), it would have taken way longer to move into my property! Excellent conveyancing company
We were in awe of how efficient Codelia was in completing the conveyancing on our purchase.

Perfect way to buy or sell a house!
I’ve recently used Home Property Law for the purchase and sale of both my personal home and a buy to let property. The processes were not straight forward, but Cordelia and her team were fantastic at being able to keep timelines on track and keep us at ease, and that no problem was without a solution. I’ve had many poor experiences over the years with conveyancers, however the professional, approachable and highly competent service we received here has filled us full of confidence again.
We can’t recommend Home Property Law enough.

Exceptional Service and Swift Support – A Seamless purchase
We can’t thank Cordelia and her team enough for their outstanding support during the purchase of our first home. From the moment we made our offer on 05/02, Cordelia was there every step of the way, and we were able to receive the keys on 14/03—an incredibly fast turnaround!
No question was ever too much for her, and she kept us fully informed throughout the process. Her excellent communication and professionalism shone through, especially in managing the relationship with the seller's solicitor. She was always on top of things, securing prompt responses to all our enquiries.
Our estate agents and mortgage broker were in awe of how efficiently everything was handled, and we received multiple compliments on how smoothly the entire transaction was managed despite the tight timeline. Professionalism Personified!
Cordelia was recommended to me and to say she took my stress away and made everything better is an understatement. Cordelia immediately responded to my initial frantic email late one evening after I had walked out of a distressing meeting with a local solicitor. I received a very reasonable quote and was onboarded within 12 hours of that first email. Cordelia and I had a brief call where she explained the transfer process clearly and concisely - I felt very comfortable and knew I was in good hands immediately. All communication with Cordelia and her paralegal, Thomas, was brilliant. The whole experience was smooth, stress free and super efficient.
