Well what can I say? David was initially the duty solicitor on my brother’s case so it was a fortunate accident that we met. From first contact he was calm and reassuring. He made us see that it wasn’t as bad as it seemed and that he would help us every step of the way. He genuinely wanted to help and wasn’t driven by financial gain in the slightest. David went above and beyond to help my brother including taking calls at very unsociable hours and a-lot of traipsing about various locations across Lancashire. He was kind and mindful of our situation and never once made us feel like we were being judged. As for our outcome we decided to plead guilty to a lesser charge which was fully our decision, David informed us that whatever choice we make he would accept and defend us. Upon sentencing he was very vocal in ensuring that any punishment or obligations were negotiated to the lowest they could possibly be and had real presence in the courtroom . He has years of experience and it shows. Cant thank him enough from the bottom of my heart thank you David Scully for all you did for my brother.

after my recent run in with the police i felt duty solicitor didnt really care too much about my case so i opted for forbes, in which ii was allocated Mr. Scully. all i can say is WOW this man really cares about his clients he kept in constant contact with me throughout my proceedings and even out of hours which he is not obligated to do but did anyway because he genuinely cares THAT much about his clients and their wellbeing. i was terrified i was going to go to prison and wouldnt see my son for a very long time. Mr Scully assured me throughout my case i was in safe hands and i really was! today i got to go home to my son and for that i will forever be grateful to Mr Scully. if i could give him a hundred star rating i would he really is one of the best out there at what he does!

We have had two dealings with Forbes in the last year, One for a crown court case and the other a magistrates case. (For a relative that has been poorly) All the Communication was amazing! I had to take some control due to my relatives illness and nothing was too much hassle. The re assurance I was given but most importantly the way the situations were handled with integrity and compassion. Dave Scully was amazing, he has known my relative for some time but also understood the impact this had actually had on myself dealing with it all. I would recommend Dave to anyone. If you want someone to fight for the fairest outcome with passion and understanding he is the man for the job!
