Michael recently handled our house purchase and we would more than recommend him and the firm. Easy to use and efficient tech platform ensuring all the docs are together and next steps are clear. A detailed legal report was prepared and there was always a prompt response to any queries ensuring the house purchase closed as per schedule. Along the way we had to ponder over some title issues where Michael provided immediate and direct legal advice based on his vast experience. Needless to say the entire team works well together, with people aware of the upto date case details. Even after the completion of the property, Michael continued to help us with some items which were left in the property by the seller. We would recommend the firm and would use them again.
