Steve stepped in and saved my property transaction. The transaction had some complexities with the lease which made it very difficult to get over the line. We wouldn’t have pulled it off with Steve!

We used UKC legal when buying our first home. As first time buyers we required a fair amount of guidance which UKC Legal provided throughout. We completed and exchanged simultaneously which was a stressful experience, but Scott was a massive help. Amazing service start to finish , the communication from my case handler was on point throughout the whole transaction kept up to date on weekly basis and always available if i had any questions. Transaction was below the estimated time frame at 6 weeks instead of the estimated 10 weeks. Great value for the service provided , highly recommended
