Conveyancer at Butterworths

Sarah Crampton

Conveyancer

I have worked in the Conveyancing Department since I joined Butterworths in 2014 as a legal assistant. In 2019 I began training as a conveyancer by taking on my own files alongside my role as an assistant, and my caseload of files steadily grew. I am now a full-time conveyancer supported by my invaluable assistant Alison Dickson. Originally from the USA, I graduated from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy. I moved permanently to the UK in 2013. During my time in conveyancing, I have dealt with a wide variety of residential conveyancing matters including leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, auctions, remortgages and adverse possession applications.
