With almost 40 years experience I have come across most types of issues that arise in the commercial property world and revel in complex transactions where problem solving is required. The vast majority of my work involves development of land in some form or another whether it is in connection with acquisition or disposal. This also includes infrastructure agreements, planning agreements or setting up developments to facilitate our plot sales team. I also do a substantial amount of work in the leisure industry, mainly involving the hotel and guesthouse trade or caravan parks. I also do some high net worth residential conveyancing transactions in the Lake District and London but this tends to be for commercial clients only. When not working my time is taken up with my 7 grandchildren, gardening, walking and long distance swimming.
