Professional and very efficient
I cotacted Karolina regarding two documents which needed to be Hague Apostilled for visa purposes.
Karolinas' communications were clear and concise includung full explanations of the procedures to be followed and her fees.
Karolina's efficiency and professionalism enabled her to complete the action necessary in less than a week. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending her and will not hesitate to use her services again.

'No Objection' declaration
Looked up Notaries in Cardiff, South Wales near my brother's post code and four or five came up from the Notaries' Society. Karolina was the second one I rang in the morning. The first one did not ring back until late afternoon. Karolina phoned me back quite quickly, asked what I needed, clear and to the point, logical how she explained the process, explained one thing after another, what I needed to do and what to provide BEFORE the face to face appointment and yet no unnecessary waffle from Karolina . She booked me an appointment for the day I asked for in her Cardiff office without complications. Karolina kept constantly in touch with me through email or phone call. She communicates with the client extremely well, not robotic or in a patronizing manner. When I asked her if the finished document could reach me in another possibly faster way, she organised it. It was difficult for me as I had to travel from Halifax, West Yorkshire to Cardiff which is where my two brothers live and we had to do this document through a Public Notary. I am an organised person and Karolina suited me completely as she is very organised herself. If I had a query, even a simple question, I either rang Karolina or emailed her and she answered very quickly which is so refreshing as one gets these big firms with secretaries and one has to wait for an answer through this person and that person much much later on. I assure whoever is reading this review that Karolina is not like that. Till the last moment when I received the document this morning, you feel she is looking genuinely after you and your affairs. Karolina double-checked, she informed us, certain identity documents, which was reassuring as the finished document is going abroad. She did not mind repeating when I asked something she had already talked about as I am not a legal person and I had not understood fully or had forgotten. End result was exactly as she told me and as we had agreed and to my full satisfaction. I would recommend KS Notary Services Ltd without the slightest hesitation and I thank you very much Karolina for your services.
