Where do I start.. Zakia has been the best I could have had throughout my difficult proceedings. Zakia provided me with outstanding support and professionalism throughout my case. She was always clear and incredibly thorough taking her time to explain everything to me so I fully understood. What stood out for me the most was her empathy and patience during what was a very stressful and emotional time for me. She handled everything with sensitivity while remaining focused, organised and determined to achieve the best possible outcome. Her communication was excellent and she was always approachable and responsive whenever I needed guidance or reassurance. When Zakia wasn’t available her amazing P.A Anna was always on hand to listen and deal with any questions I had. Zakia was always kind considerate and professional, she always ensured she was providing me with the best options and always confirmed I understood what was happening. As this was an abusive marriage both zakia and Anne were considerate of my emotions giving me as much time as needed to work through the details. They were both excellent in using layman's terms instead of solicitor jargon which I appreciated as this meant I knew what was happening at each stage of the proceedings . She made it clear that if needed she would fight to get me the best settlement but at my bequest only if he.became difficult.
