I recently accompanied my elderly mother on two occasions to Tollers Solicitors Kempston office.� This was during the pandemic and we both felt safe and comfortable in the way our appointments where organised and by the precautions they had in place.� I was impressed by the experience of our meetings which were professional, yet friendly and supportive and in no way rushed.� I would happily recommend the Kempston branch.

I found Tollers� service excellent because they took a serious interest in sorting out the tangle that arose in what became my affairs when my husband died without a will. I had written a will which needed alteration and they took an equally serious interest in helping me to make the necessary amendments. All advice given was clear and accurate and so were the explanations. Every member of staff I met or telephoned was kind, really helpful and conscientious, responding with good attention to my queries and requests. Their careful work on the matter has been invaluable for I was out of my depth. I am grateful and glad that I talked to Tollers.

Received excellent professional and practical advice from Cathy Eaton at the Kempston branch of Tollers, to do with re-organising and updating our wills. They were having a bit of a problem with reception in this small branch office but all went pretty well and we weren't much disturbed during our discussions, despite there only being the one person there. Typing up documents seemed a little more of an issue, with us having to go through several iterations due to mistakes but all was fine in the end. This was possibly due to the reception and support issue. When I made a special journey to the office to provide some requested, routine documents for their records, I found the receptionist there but rather condescending, considering that I was effectively doing her a favour. This was a shame as otherwise the experience was a really good one. My wife didn't warm to her either in a phone call, so we can only give 4 stars when Cathy Eaton gives a 5 star service, herself.
