Personal Injury claim
Having been in valved in a motor vehicle accident and suffering some whiplash type injuries, my insurance company put me in touch with Graham Coffey and Co solicitors. I was assigned to Joanne Ives who was quite honestly brilliant. She kept in constant touch with me and helped me every step of the way to the conclusion of my claim. Solved the problem and professional but took a while
My issue with holiday illness was successfully resolved which was great and professional advice was given, it did however take a long time in process 11 months from start to finish which was quite a bit longer then we hoped. We did have to chase a few times as for an update, but we did always get a timely response

Thank you for your positive review following your successful Holiday Illness claim, we are sorry to hear that you thought the process was rather long though! Claims of this type generally take longer than, say, a Road Traffic Accident because the initial investigation period is 6 months. It can also take some time for the UK Representative to get instructions on the claim from their Client who is based abroad (think time differences etc.). The particular features of each claim also effect how long it can take for a claim to reach the point of settlement as every claim is different!
