Layla Batchelor at Plymouth branch was a very friendly and understanding solicitor to deal with.
Due to anxiety, I struggled at times with understanding the process and 'legalese' in standard paperwork that has to be used by all solicitors, but when queried, what I needed to know was explained to me in a way I could understand.
I really appreciated that Layla was always very approachable if I had questions to ask.

Whiplash compensation
WOLFERSTANS Solicitors is/are probably second to none law company in Plymouth. I had a minor no-fault accident last year and I suffered intense pain in my neck a few days later. I searched the internet thoroughly and I’m glad I found their website in the Plymouth area. My case had been dealt in a professional way and even though it took a long time I finally received some compensation. asbestos claim
My case involved incurable asbestos damage to my lungs. Wolferstans solicitors, especially Dean Cruickshanks and Layla Batchelor, were very helpful and explained everything at each stage.
They acted on a no win no fee basis and at no stage did I feel that I was being taken advantage of. On the outcome, it became clear that their fee was heavy but reasonable. Their promises were exactly what was delivered. They showed and acted with genuine concern that I should get the best and most sensible deal even going so far as to guide me through the Government claim process with no profit to themselves. They did all the negotiating and gave unbiased opinions without any pressure. If the reader has been genuinely injured then I would recommend this team of specialist solicitors to obtain the correct amount of damages. I would have no hesitation in using them.
