Sale of Old House and Purchase of New Flat
Pat Smith and Gill Morgan were absolutely amazing at dealing with this. Nothing was too much trouble. Their colleague, Adam, even helped out when they were both off. There was an issue with a possible much earlier completion date but Pat and Gill were able to meet this. This was especially appreciated, as they only had a very limited time allowed to complete because the developers wouldn't let me reserve immediately, as they will only reserve within a certain period.

Property sale via LPA
Gotelee handled the sale of our mother's property when she went into a care home. From the start, they were friendly, patient and clearly explained each step of the process as it was all new to us. We live overseas and appreciated being fully informed throughout. They made a stressful time a lot easier to deal with and we would have no hesitation in recommending Gotelee in Hadleigh.
