I joined Crane & Staples as a Trainee Solicitor in the summer of 2021. In August 2023, I qualified as a Solicitor in the Private Client team. I graduated from the University of Nottingham with an LLB Law with American Law degree in 2018. After this, I completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, graduating with a distinction in 2020. Previously, I worked with a notable firm in the Thames Valley area as a Legal Administrator in Wills, Trusts and Probate. As a Private Client Solicitor, I assist with a range of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters. I am particularly interested in contentious probate disputes and Court of Protection cases. I enjoy providing support to clients to achieve the most suitable outcome for them. Memberships I sit on the committee for the Hertfordshire Junior Lawyers Division, where we host a range of training and networking events. Outside the Office Outside of the office, I enjoy travelling and exploring new places, running and spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy representing the firm at local charity and community events.

I cannot thank Mischa enough for all her help and support dealing with a distressing Will dispute in 2024. Not only was Mischa professional and approachable with great legal knowledge, she was friendly and easy to understand. I had direct contact with her and great communication which I was really grateful for. Mischa kept me fully aware of any updates and was tenacious with her approach to my case. I had every confidence with her at a such a worrying time for me. I would definitely Crane & Staples again and recommend Mischa to anyone who is looking for a first class and personable service.

We saw Mischa, she was really professional but also very human and was patient and very helpful with my mother. Everyone we saw was friendly and of course professional but you felt everyone cared if you had a good service and experience.
