As a client, my spouse has encountered significant challenges in communicating with her solicitor. These challenges include unanswered emails, abrupt hang-ups by the receptionist, inconsistent workdays by the solicitor without notice, and an absence of cover on days when the solicitor is unavailable. Despite leaving multiple messages with the receptionist, there has been no follow-up from the solicitor.

Furthermore, based on my observations, the solicitor does not exhibit a proactive approach to their work. Basic tasks such as sending emails and pursuing responses have taken several weeks to complete.

The overall level of service provided by this ostensibly high-end and experienced firm is subpar, in my estimation.

My wife and I have recently done our wills with TS and following superb service also asked them to do four Powers of Attorney ( Finance and Health ones for each of us).

The legal process for all our dealings was, we suspect, very complex but everything was explained in simple and easy to understand terms
Their charges also seemed to be very rasonable
