Our solicitor, Philip Salt represented us, worked for us and was always professional and efficient. We were in a chain of four, and from the offer of ours, and seeing the one we wanted to buy has been approx three months. At every stage we were kept informed, and there were regular emails or telephone calls from Philip and we were fully aware of every step of the way between all parties until the day we had the keys. I would recommend the practice without hesitation. House buying is one of the most stressful events in life - they say, well Phil certainly took the stress out of our sale, and while we would all like the process to be quicker - the searches are the things that take the time, and we knew that Phil didn't sit on anything, he was extremely proactive - pushing through what he could. We were very impressed and happy with the service from the practice and Phil.
